Our Process

H Supply handles every aspect of the process in-house: quoting, shop drawings, ordering, pre-construction, project management, cabinet distribution, installation, all the way to final punch. Each H Supply team member is a critical link in our chain. We all strive to do our task well and pass it to the next department so that they too can be successful.

ESTIMATING & DESIGN Our experienced estimating team provides detailed and transparent quotes and identifies potential issues before they become problems. Our design team carefully reviews floor plans and elevations to create shop drawings that lead to well-functioning kitchens and baths in standard and ADA units.

ORDERING & LOGISTICS Solving problems is much easier in an office than on a jobsite. After design is complete, the order process is just beginning. Our ordering team verifies every detail of the project, ensures our field team has the tools it needs to succeed, and works extensively with our suppliers so that the order is 100% correct. Once the cabinets arrive, we confirm each cabinet ordered is received and loaded on the correct trailer for delivery to the jobsite.

PREMEASURE & INSTALLATION We never leave a job to be “fixed in the field.” Our project managers premeasure EVERY unit to ensure the cabinets fit during installation. We all ultimately work for our installers; if the cabinet install goes well, we all win.
